Shelf Life - 7 days at room temperature. Best kept chilled. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.

Products and Shelf Life
All our savoury products are made using a minimum amount of salt and sugar. Salt and sugar are the only preservatives we use in our products. So avoid storage in direct sunlight, avoid storage in any area with a temperature more than 20 centigrade and avoid storage in any area with high humidity. For avoidance of doubt freeze all the savoury products. The products can be toasted from frozen. The products will also last longer if stored in a chilled temperature.

Golden Linseed Loaf
This is the best gf bread in terms of taste and texture that I've tried so far but almost every loaf I've received has had massive holes running through either part or all of the loaf making it very difficult to eat, especially as part of a sandwich. I've had two bundles of 6 now and both bundles have been the same.

We were served this bread at The Watergate Hotel in Cornwall recently. This is the BEST gluten free bread ever, having tried all makes from the supermarkets that are dry and full of holes! We will be having a regular order !
