Ingredients: Water, gram flour, white and brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, golden linseed (14%), vegetable oil, stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: yeast, psyllium husk, unrefined sugar and sea salt.
Shelf Life - 7 days at room temperature. Best kept in chilled. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.
For convenience you can slice the breads before freezing. So, when you need it, you can toast it from frozen and have the best bread experience.

Products and Shelf Life
All our savoury products are made using a minimum amount of salt and sugar. Salt and sugar are the only preservatives we use in our products. So avoid storage in direct sunlight, avoid storage in any area with a temperature more than 20 centigrade and avoid storage in any area with high humidity. For avoidance of doubt freeze all the savoury products. The products can be toasted from frozen. The products will also last longer if stored in a chilled temperature.

GF taster pack
As a small cafe with a big gf customer base, finding decent gf bread is an issue. The linseed bread as part of the taster pack was a huge hit. It tastes & feel like ‘real’ bread & doesn’t crumble. We shall be putting regular orders through from now on. Thanks!

The whole loaf
Needing to eat gluten free tried the incredible bakery loaf and found it much preferable to supermarket sold brands. Keeps well, retains moisture and is easy to eat. Highly recommended
