The loafs are superb. You will struggle to get better Gluten free loafs. Prefer the loafs to the boules.

Reminds me of my “gluten full” days

Posted by Gemma Barrington on 11th May 2020

This loaf has been the best gluten free loaf I have ever tasted since finding out I could not have gluten 11 years ago. Even my husband loved it and had it over so called “normal” bread options. It was fluffy and soft with a crunchy top. Cannot wait to have another one

    Bread

Simply the best, softest and most 'real' bread-like bread I've tried in the decade I've been on a gf diet.

Great loaf of gluten free bread. Crusty outside, soft and light inside with a great taste. Cuts beautifully and toasts well too.
