Everyday Selection

The Everyday Selection is made of:

2 x Golden Linseed Loaf (650g) - Blue riband loaf from the outer stratosphere.

Ingredients: Water, gram flour, white and brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, golden linseed (14%), vegetable oil, stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: yeast, psyllium husk, unrefined sugar and sea salt. 

1 x Red Quinoa Loaf (650g) - Premier loaf with an outstanding goals to shots ratio.

Ingredients: Water, gram flour, white and brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, golden linseed, vegetable oil, red quinoa (3%), stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: yeast, psyllium husk, unrefined sugar and sea salt. 

1 x Gluten Free Oat Loaf (650g) - Tastes like a wheat loaf but is wheat free or I'm a Dutchman.

Ingredients: Water, gram flour, white and brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, golden linseed, vegetable oil, gluten free oats (3%), stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: yeast, psyllium husk, unrefined sugar and sea salt.

1 x Buckwheat Loaf (650g) - Champion fibre king and rightful heir to the iron throne.

Ingredients: Water, gram flour, white and brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, golden linseed, vegetable oil, buckwheat(8%), stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: yeast, psyllium husks, unrefined sugar and sea salt. 

8 x Assorted paninis (2 packs of 4 in different flavours)

Ingredients: Water, gram flour, vegetable oil, yeast, tapioca starch, potato starch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, gluten free oats, psyllium husk, stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), sea salt, unrefined sugar.  

Plus various toppings - Garlic, Rosemary or no topping at all.

4 x Flatbread Wraps (1 pack of 4)

Ingredients: Water, gram flour, white and brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, golden linseed (14%), vegetable oil, stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: yeast, psyllium husk, unrefined sugar and sea salt.

All wrapped in Natureflex™- a compostable film made from Wood Pulp.

Storage Instructions

All our savoury products are made using a minimum amount of salt and sugar. Salt and sugar are the only preservatives we use in our products. So avoid storage in direct sunlight, avoid storage in any area with a temperature more than 20 centigrade and avoid storage in any area with high humidity. For avoidance of doubt, freeze all the savoury products. The products can be toasted from frozen.  The products will also last longer if stored in a chilled temperature.

• Savoury loaves, boule and rolls are amazing for sandwiches or toast. Shelf Life - 7 days at room temperature. Best kept chilled. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.
• Wraps & Paninis -Average 5 days at room temperature. But best kept chilled. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.
