Ingredients: Water, gram flour, white and brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, golden linseed (14%), cold pressed rapeseed oil, stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: yeast, psyllium husk, unrefined sugar and sea salt. 

Shelf Life - Average 7 days at room temperature. Best Kept Chilled. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.

8 x Mixed Paninis (2 flavours in packs of 4)

Ingredients: Water, gram flour, rapeseed oil, raising agent: yeast, tapioca starch, potato starch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, gluten free oats, psyllium husk, stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), sea salt, unrefined sugar.  

Plus various toppings - Rosemary or no topping at all.

12 x Cinnamon & Raisin Buns (2 packs of 6) - Subtly sweet cinnamon and raisin buns for tea or breakfast. Add a sweet topping for a toasted delight.

The Cinnamon & Raisin Bun is high in fibre and low in saturated fat.

Ingredients: Water, gram flour, white and brown rice flour, potato starch, gluten free oats, cold pressed rape seed oil, organic raisins (5%), cinnamon (2%), mono calcium phosphate, corn starch, unrefined sugar, stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: yeast, psyllium husk, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, sea salt.

Storage Instructions

All our savoury products are made using a minimum amount of salt and sugar. Salt and sugar are the only preservatives we use in our products. So avoid storage in direct sunlight, avoid storage in any area with a temperature more than 20 centigrade and avoid storage in any area with high humidity. For avoidance of doubt, freeze all the savoury products. The products can be toasted from frozen.  The products will also last longer if stored in a chilled temperature.
