Ingredients: Water, gram flour, white and brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, golden linseed, vegetable oil, red quinoa (3%), stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: yeast, psyllium husk, unrefined sugar and sea salt.
Shelf Life - 7 days at room temperature. Best Kept Chilled. 3 months Frozen.
High in Fibre and Low in Saturated Fat.
Craft loaf produced in the Incredible Bakery in Warkton, Northamptonshire that has no contact with any of the 14 common food allergens that need to be disclosed in bold on ingredient lists.
All products are gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soya free and vegan.
Wrapped in Natureflex™- a compostable film made from Wood Pulp

Products and Shelf Life
All our savoury products are made using a minimum amount of salt and sugar. Salt and sugar are the only preservatives we use in our products. So avoid storage in direct sunlight, avoid storage in any area with a temperature more than 20 centigrade and avoid storage in any area with high humidity. For avoidance of doubt freeze all the savoury products. The products can be toasted from frozen. The products will also last longer if stored in a chilled temperature.

Red Quinoa Loaf
I first tasted this gluten free bread at a garden centre cafe at Rutland Water and it was by far the best gluten free bread I have found. The garden centre gave me the name of the company so I ordered some loaves when I got home. The bread freezes well so you can keep it - recommend slicing it and freezing as it will keep better. It doesn't have that long a shelf life once thawed out so you need to use or risk losing it! I don't hesitate to give this a first class review, as said, it's the best and the company were great to deal with.

Delicious bread! I’m so delighted I discovered this company! The quinoa loaf the most amazing toast and great for sandwiches! Even better than ‘real’ bread. Tasty, lovely texture (not made of air like many gf loaves), lasts very well and a good sized loaf!

Great taste and texture. Best I have found. Only downside was I have had 2 loaves that had huge holes so made into breadcrumbs.

Best GF bread I’ve tasted. Toasts straight from the freezer (I slice and freeze). Decent crust, surprisingly moist and a decent texture for GF bread. Holds together well and for me, it’s the best GF bread by far! I love that I can order online and it arrives promptly and we’ll packaged.
