Products and shelf life
- Savoury paninis, loaves, boule and rolls are amazing for sandwiches or toast. Shelf Life - Average 7 days at room temperature. 10 days at chilled temperature. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.
- All cakes are moist and delicious. Shelf Life - 7 - 10 days at room temperature. Average 10 days at chilled temperature. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.
- Wraps have a shelf life of 3 months in the freezer.
All our savoury products are made using a minimum amount of salt and sugar. Avoid direct sunlight, avoid storage in any area with a temperature more than 20 centigrade and avoid storage in any area with high humidity. All products are suitable for home freezing. We recommend slicing the breads before freezing putting them back in the bag and freezing them on the day you receive your parcel. They can be toasted from frozen. The products will also last longer if kept in the fridge.

Buckwheat loaf
Delicious toasted, use crusts as breadcrumbs. I buy a box of mixed loaves, freeze them and use as needed. Best texture and flavours I’ve found so far.

I ordered this for my sister. The products arrived on the date anticipated and were fresh with reasonable use by dates or option to freeze and extend life. Notice was taken of my instructions not to include products containing oats. Once she has tried them all she's going to order her favourites which is a good result.

Absolutely brilliant. I often buy the bread from our local health food shop but needed to stock up. Was really impressed with the rolls and panini. Special shout out to cinnamon buns! Everything was amazing, best gluten free (and vegan!) breads I've ever had.

Great option for starters
Really excited to receive my first delivery of incredibly tasty treats. Arrived 48 hrs after ordering. Everything so fresh. Great variety in the box. However, having specified what I'd like, I was a little surprised/disappointed to have received a couple of thing I hadn't requested - perhaps the picker was working on autopilot.... Cakes are delicious, scones very light & breads all soft & springy (like "normal" bread). My favourite is the seeded onion loaf - best bread I've tasted in 25 years as a coeliac! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Very different. would lake a while to get used to the difference in taste and flavour. well packed and presented and excellent value for money with Itison voucher. an excellent product if you have medical condition which requires gluten free.
