With a great taste and texture it provides a delicious gluten free alternative you can use in your favourite pasta dishes, free from dairy, eggs and wheat, suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The factory where this pasta is made is free from nuts, milk, eggs, soya and sesame.
Ingredients: Organic corn flour (70%) and rice flour (30%)
Nutritional information per 100g: Energy 1511kJ/356 kcal, Fat 1.3g, of which saturates 0.4g, Carbohydrate 78g, of which sugars 0.2g, Fibre 1.4g, Protein 7.4g, Salt 0g.
To cook: Bring to the boil a litre of salted water for every 100g of pasta. Carefully add the pasta, allowing 75g per person, and cook for 6 minutes stirring occasionally. Taste & continue to cook to your preference.
