Ingredients: Water, white rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, corn starch, buckwheat flour, unrefined sugar, raisins, cold pressed rapeseed oil, coconut milk (water, coconut milk (8.4%), grape juice concentrate, calcium phosphate, emulsifier (sucrose ester of fatty acids), sea salt, colour (carotene), vitamin D2, vitamin B12), lemon juice, stabiliser: xanthan gum, sodium bicarbonate.
Shelf Life: 10 days at room temperature. it will last longer at chilled temperature. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.
Brazilian Carrot Slice
Ingredients: Water, White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Buckwheat Flour, Unrefined Sugar, Carrots (10%), Choco Chips (cocoa [cocoa butter, cocoa mass], sugar, rice powder, sunflower lecithin [emulsifier] and natural flavouring), stabiliser: xanthan gum, baking powder: mono calcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate.
