Ingredients: Water, Gram Flour, White & Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Golden Linseed, Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil, Raisins (10%), Pea Protein, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Raising Agent: Yeast,  Cinnamon (1%), Psyllium Husk, Unrefined Sugar, Sea Salt. 

Shelf Life - Average 7 days at room temperature. 14 days at chilled temperature. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.
