Lovely. Was expecting it to be a dense tough loaf, but it wasn't at all. Great texture and amazing taste.
Moist and crusty outside Great flavour
Excellent texture and flavour Lovely toasted
Not particularly large for it's price, and feels heavy on lifting. However, the smell and taste, especially when toasted, more than makes the price tag worthwhile.. It is better than any fruit bread tasted even before needing GF, with the advantage of no usual unpleasant after taste sadly associated with other GF breads
Not my first sweet boule, love the flavour, texture is really nice specially on the top crust. Both boules I tried had bits of folded flour at the bottom where the dough was not mixed evenly, but it was still ok. I will certainly be buying more.
