Simple and taste. One of the easiest soup to make.
1 tin of organic chilli chopped tomato
1 cup (250ml) of boiling water
1 medium onion chopped in cubes
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
50g of red lentils
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt to taste
a handful of chopped parsley
If you don't like chilli, replaced the chilli chopped tomato for just chopped tomato.
In medium to low heat, in a saucepan fry the onion and garlic on olive oil until golden. Add the chopped tomato and water. Let it boil. Add the lentil and cover the saucepan with a lid. Cook it for 20 minutes or until the lentils are fluffy and soft. Add salt to taste. Turn the heat off and add the parsley.
Serve it with your favourite Incredible bread.
